Inspect unit to ensure no issues. Schedule cleaning of unit. Correct any issues that may be reported from Office Staff.

Yes, we offer on-site maintenance to our residents.

No, you do not have to present in apartment. Staff will leave notification of being in unit.

You will log into your resident portal and submit a work order to notify maintenance.

During office, hours please contact the office. After hours, please contact emergency maintenance and there will be a lockout fee assessed.

Amenities

Our community is host to a wide range of amenities residents may enjoy such as a 24-Hour Fitness Center, Sky Deck, 25mps Internet, Secured Building, and Package Acceptance.

Parking Lot Reserved spots for $150 a month

Yes, we are pet friendly, although there are breed restrictions. There is a 2 pet per unit limit and the pet can be up to 50 lbs.

Our community provides a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer set in our units.

Yes, we offer furnished units as well as our sister property Somerset Place Apartments.

It takes 72 hours for an application to be approved upon submission.

Online, Credit Card Payments, Checks and Money Orders are options for paying rent.

Yes, all tenants are required to show proof of renter’s insurance upon move in.

Our cable and internet providers are Everywhere Wireless, Xfinity and AT&T.

Yes, but there are fees for an early termination of a lease. A 60 Day notice is required and the fees include a two month rent penalty.

Water, Sewer, and Trash are included in your rent.

No, the minimum term we offer is six months.

Yes, we are located close to several bus stops that are located across from the building and the Metra is 5 minutes away.
